In 1975, Dr. Odro joined the growing
practice established by Dr. Ronald S. Krusch. Shortly after,
the two doctors expanded their Lakeland office and subsequently
a second office was opened in the Sebring community. Dr. Odro
believes that people want and need to be active. His focus is
on optimum foot-health for his patients so they may participate
in a vigorous lifestyle. |

Specializing in Sports Injuries
of the Lower Extremity, and Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot,
Ankle, and Leg, Dr. Werd completed his Foot and Ankle Surgical
Residency, with advanced training in Sports Medicine, in Miami,
Florida. Additionally, Dr. Werd completed a distinguished AO
International Fellowship in Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery
in Davos, Switzerland, and Lahr, Germany. |
Dr. Chan has acquired Foot and Ankle
Associates at 3255 South Highlands Avenue in Sebring, Florida
in 2010 after finishing a prestigious 5-year fellowship track
in reconstruction of the lower extremity. Although it is extremely
rare to undergo 5 years of rigorous surgical training, Dr. Chan
believes that the extra investment in time and expense is an
investment in you ! |

Dr. Ronald Krusch
Dr. Ronald Krusch, Emeritus,
was the founding physician of our practice in 1961. After dedicating
over 35 years to providing excellent medical and surgical care
to the Lakeland and Sebring communities, Dr. Krusch and his wife,
Arlene, are now enjoying retirement. |

Our Staff has more than 70 years
of combined experience in the medical field. They provide friendly,
high-quality medical assistance, including patient care, billing
and insurance issues. Our staff's goal is to make each patient's
visit a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
